Gas Gauge reading past full

Hey guys gotta question and cant seem to find a straight forward answer anywhere on how to fix it.
My gas/fuel gauge is reading past "Full"
How do i fix it where is the sending unit? Is their a relay? Where are the wires? Thanks guys sorry for the question i knew its been asked a lot but no straight answer out their on google

The sending unit is back in the gas tank, part of the fuel pump assembly. It's a float with an arm that operates a variable resistor. As the float level changes the resistance changes and your gauge moves accordingly.
Renix the resistance goes higher with a full tank and lower as the tank empties. (HO works the other way). If you have a dirty connection somewhere in the circuit for the fuel gauge or sender, including fuel tank ground and instrument cluster connector, that increases the resistance in the circuit and your gauge will read high.
There is no relay. The wiring for the gauge is in the same harness as the wiring for the fuel pump. Start by cleaning up the connector back at the fuel pump assembly.

As for the fuel gauge jt wont even budge even when you turn the key over from a dead start like it isn't even getting power
