Fuse slot is missing a contact.
Hello forum, before anyone asks, yes I've searched for answers before posting this.
1992 Cherokee Laredo 4wd, all stock.
My situation is that my power door locks are not working (I just got the jeep), so first thing I did was check the fuse. Well the fuse is fine, but when I pulled the fuse out and looked at the contacts (the metal contacts where the fuse is seated when pushed into place), there is only one. How can I fix this? I'm willing to bet as soon as I fix it the doors will lock electronically.

Well as it turns out, the fuse I was looking at was labeled "power clock" not "power locks" I misread it. I unbolted the fuse panel to take a look and then decided I didn't see anything out of the ordinary, so I just bolted it back up.
I removed the 3 screws on the driver side power controls (windows and door locks) to take a look there and again, just put it back together.
Essentially I did nothing. Literally nothing but unscrew and then rescrew the two panels. I pressed the door lock button and to my surprise they work now. So strange.0

I did notice though that when I press the lock button just once (lock or unlock), the back doors dont lock or unlock, but if I toggle it two or three times they lock and unlock like normal... Is there a way to lubricate the locking mechanism? That's what I feel is the problem.
