fuse short

fuse short
i have a 20a fuse that keeps shorting, its in the fuse box under the hood. it takes out all of my gauges, interior lights, and radio. Its the very last fuse in the lower right corner of the grouped blade fuses. Does anyone know where it would most likely be shorting? thanks.
