Default Fuse/relay/lights-help

2000 XJ Cherokee Sport, #7 fuse kept blowing, short somewhere. I made a bonehead move and replaced with too large of a fuse. Now, no tail, marker or dash lights. Head lights, brake lights and turn signals are ok.
Any suggestions on where to start to resolve? Relays? Switches?

I do have a trailer hitch. It's the junction block. the fuse that handles a marker light and a tail light. From what I've read in the past its a common fuse that blows in Cherokees.
