Default cooling problem????

Last fall i replaced just about everything cooling wise to fix this problem, and it still is heating up over what i would like, i replaced the thermostat, radiator, clutch fan, ac fan, the ac fan was bad too, all the radiator hoses and the heater core hoses, i just dont get why it wont stay cool, only thing i didnt replace was the water pump which it was brand new in 07 and has less than 20,000 miles on it, any ideas???

How hot is it getting? Did you flush the system when you replaced the parts? You replace the pump 5 years ago why would you think it couldn't be bad. I know you say it only has 20k on it but parts can go bad even if you replaced it a week ago.

Ive got the exact same issue, I replaced the radiator, water pump, thermostat, upper and lower hose's,the sending unit sensor, I can't see how the damn thing is supposedly getting hot. But its damn near running in the red zone on the gauge. This is on a 1996 I'm wondering if i was given the wrong sending unit sensor at advance auto god knows they hardly ever give me the proper part the first time

Well the thing is if its below 65 or so it will be fine trail riding and everything all day once its over like 75 even with out using ac it still wants to overheat and it seems like its just climbing more and more until it gets to the red...I don't get it maybe ill just invest on a high flow water pump and see what happens and yes I did flush it all out when I did all that stuff it was like brand new coolant in it already when I flushed it

The first thing I would do before changing out parts, would be to verify the temp. with an I.R. temp gauge aimed at t-stat housing.
