My fuses wiggle when plugged in making them arc And melt so its deffinatly time to change my fuse box. Is it just a few bolts to pull it out and a plug in the back? Or does it all Have to be wired in. Thanks I appreciate any responses

So found this old thread and I have the same problem. Went to napa and showed them the picture. they looked at me like I was nuts and said if I knew what that connector was for they could help me. So what is it called or for what use is it intended?
