Im in the midst of putting in my lift on the 99 and am replacing upper control arm bushings while im at it. I got the new bushing pressed into the arm at the frame end and tightened them down to the correct torque spec. My question is where exactly is it supposed to move when torqued down? I can move the arm up and down and can see it moving on the outer metal sleeve not pivoting on the bolt itself. Cant say i remember what it was doing when i removed it so don't have much to go off of. Amy help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
