Fuel System Problems after overheating? Please help!

Hi All! I have a 98 XJ 4.0 w 160,000 miles. (Sorry its long, but im at a loss, please help me save my Jeep!)

I overheated pretty bad a few weeks ago due to a bad temp sensor.
Afterwards, it ran like crap for a while. Felt like a miss, or hesitation, the RPMS would jump around and rumble.

I swapped all the fluids and changed the plugs and wires and it ran good for a while, but now its worse. Now it has stalled on me a couple of times, and hesitates and bumps and rumbles, the rpms hop around. However, this is intermittent, and only does it for a few minutes, then runs like a champ.

I currently have two codes that im picking up, its p1282 and p0463, and I know they are both fuel related (I dont know what specifically though). I really do not want to dump any more money into this Jeep, as the value is gone due to an accident (I just really need it to run so I can get to work.

So what possible issues could be my problem? with these fuel codes, and with this happening after an overheat. I did a compression test, and all cylinders fired around 180, a little high, but all were consistent. No mixing fluids (Im pretty sure the engine is okay).

OH! here is a video of it happening. This is mild, it gets worse than this

PLEASE HELP !!! I really don't want to scrap this Jeep

The first one is pump relay something or other. The second one is sender overvoltage or something.

Try swapping a suspected bad fuel pump relay with a known good one for starters.

Instead of buying a new one, I think you should be able to swap out the electric fan relay as long as they have the same rating.

So your saying I can swap those out temporarily and drive to see if that fixes the issue, or just swap them out to see if the code goes away?

I don't want my electric fan not to work and cool the engine lol

Temporary check only.

If it works, get a new relay.

Any luck?

No luck. I tried it, and the code remained. What else could this possibly be?

It is so intermittent that I can't figure out what it could be. It usually always does it during the first drive of the day, and sometimes it won't happen again all day, and sometimes it just keeps happening on and off throughout the day.

When it's not happening, it runs fine.

I'm trying to see if any fuel component could have been affected by the overheat, or if it's just a coincidence

Anybody?

Here are two more vides of the behavior in action. One is while driving, you will see the rpms shoot up randomly while accelerating. The other is stalling out at a light

That's exactly what my wj did when the crankshaft sensor went. I STRONGLY implore that you don't waste time with autozone, advanced etc and get a mopar one. Took 3 times for me to learn the hard way. Cam sensor has similar symptoms so better to just replace both. Hope this helps good luck
