Default Fuel System

So it started back in May, after warm up it started to have the following symptoms:
-Rough Idle
-Rich Exhaust
-Stumbling under load
-Spark Knock
-Engine codes either for #4 Misfire or Lean Bank I
Between then and now i have done the following
-New Injectors
-New Bosch Fuel Pump
-Coolant Temp Sensor
-Crank Position Sensor
-Seafoam Intake
i had to change oil because it was burnt and dripping off dipstick. i just bought the heat shield kit, should that help or am i going in the wrong direction? please any input will be much appreciated

How old are the O2 sensors?

On a cold start does it seem to run well for a minute or two before starting these problems?
