fuel sending unit

hello i have a 96 cherokee country and i am going to be putting a fuel cell in it but i need to know how many ohms the stock fuel sending unit is or what i need. all is appreciated thank you

Engine: 4.0 high output straight 6

After a little reasearch the sending unit you need is 240 ohm EMPTY and 33 ohm Full.

Thank you. So a JAZ fuel cell with a 0-90 sending unit wouldnt work?

I know that the stock jeep YJ uses a 0-90 ohm sending unit so a 0-90 might work in a XJ also but I cant guarantee it .

I know autometer makes 240-33 sending units though.
