Default Fuel rail disassembly?

I guess I'm just a moron here. I'm removing everything to change my headgasket and check to see if my head is shot. On my fuel rail at both ends are hoses that are connected to the rail. Inside of the hoses at the connection are these little plastic tabs that I'm are there to help disconnect. I cannot figure out for the life of me how to disconnect these tubes. Any help here would be great. 90 XJ is the model.

You need a quick disconnect tool...something like this

not necessarily from AZ, just the first one I found searching. Any part store should have them.
Make sure you bleed off the pressure from the fuel rail via the valve on the rail first....

Should be as simple as fitting over the line and pressing the tool into the fitting, should pop right off. Sure you got the right kind/size?
