fuel question& wiper motor question
 

hey everyone i know this is a common prob with the cherokees but when you try to start them and they crank and crank and crank and finally turn over, would i be best off replacing the fuel pump or the pressure regulator? Im asking this because after i have ran around and shut off the motor you can hear what sounds like fuel draining back into the tank. full tank or empty. Second question is my rear wiper just stoped working but it does when you press it all the way to make it squirt. is this is motor or the switch? any info on either would help thanks guys
