Hello Guys, I have a 97 xj and my fuel pump sending unit had stopped working so I decided to buy a whole brand new fuel pump assembly, I then took the xj to a mechanic to get the old fuel pump replaced with the new one but still the xj isn't telling me how much gas I have in the tank. I was wonder if anyone has had a problem similar to my?

 

Does gauge even move...

 

When I turn it on, the gauge moves a little bit over empty and when I turn it off and back on it doesn't move again.
