Fuel pump doesn't engage with ignition
I have a 1989 Cherokee 4.0 automatic... Its been sitting for about 6 months ran fine but now wont run unless ignition is in start position and full gas. I cannot hear pump run when turning key.
I have replaced Ignition relay,Ignition Switch, Ignition control module,Cap, Rotor, Plugs, and wires
Also I bypassed the ballast resister.
I use a power probe 3 to energize relay and pump turns on. I energize ballast resister and pump turns on
I energize starter relay pump turns on,
I replaced all relays but I tried to jump terminals with paperclip but the pump did not come on
I am lost I cleaned all ground and connections
any help would be great

Put key in accessories position then push switch down away from steering wheel making sure key stays turned back to accessory .....tighten up switch then see if it better...
