fuel pump constantly priming and relay making loud clicking noise
Hi my 88 xj is making a clicking noise from the fuel pump relay and the fuel pump is constantly priming, it also sounds different. Anyone ever had this problem? Thanks

Swap the relays all down one slot and see what happens.

I checked the grounds and they seem good. Cleaned the black gunk outta the c101 unit, and the ballast seems secure. Jeep still making the noise from both relay and pump.i pressed the valve on the fuel rail and gas comes out.

I cleaned up the grounds by the oil dipstick really good today but still wont start so then i bypassed the ballast resistor by connecting the two wires now the jeep will start(sounds really rough) but the engine dies out as soon as the key isnt fully turned
