I think that my fuel pressure regulator/check valve is failing. The Jeep is getting harder to start each morning, but if I crank it first it starts good on the 2nd crank but runs rough for a few seconds.
Any suggestions on the best place to purchase. I hate to buy anything at the Jeep dealer so if anyone has OE replacement that there are happy with, let me know where to purchase. I usually go to the local Napa since they are very helpful. Also, when I was researching this part online, I can get just the regulator/check valve for around $100 or the whole assembly with the pump for around $150. Is it worth it to replace the whole assembly or is the pump going to last for many more years so save the $50?
Any advice is appreciated.

Go by what Radi said. Change the entire fuel pump module assembly. To change the regulator/filter/check valve you have to drop the tank anyway. Additionally, you'd want to pull the entire pump module out to change the bottom filter, and disassemble the module to change the filter at the bottom of the motor/pump assembly. Not worth the effort.
Use a Carter or Bosch module. Carter is cheaper than Bosch. Bosch was the OEM pump.

Thanks for the advice! I am going to start with Napa and see what they have. I will stay away from the Airtex and get myself a Carter or Bosch. Work has got me on the road but going to tackle this as soon as I return.
