Hello all
Today wile driving in the desert got Check Engine Light , nothing but a bit rough at idle,ignore it continue the fun time driving the jeep was fine , when i drive it to home on the street got a bit rough at 3 gear it was P0201 (its like some one holding the jeep from the back !!
does this (see pic) can cause this problem ( bad wires only on the first fuel injection plug) its like missing at idle !!





if the wires the problem any easy why to replace it or fix it ?
if the fuel injector bad what brand should i replace mine ? do i need to change all of them or only the first one ?
hate it when something wrong happen to my XJ

I fixed it yesterday!!!
got code 201
checked injectors by stethoscope, #1 was almost dead.
switched #1 and #2 injectors
got code 202
found used injectors in my shed and replaced bad one.
Done!!!
Tools:
long 10 mm socket, extension, ratchet.
2 bolts cable bracket, 4 bolts injector rail
It is a good idea to replace O-rings, I didn't.

 

Thanks , problem solved ,it was moving causing miss fire , the problem was i miss the red pice it well lock the plug to the fuel injection tie it with tie clip now

 

important update :
If you have 1 bad injector then change them all yesterday other injector go bad last time (when open this thread) was stupid i just changed the bad one only !!
bought a used line with 6 injectors from J/Y but changed the bad one only i should change them all .. just a waste of time thanks to god that i keep the other 5 and not lost them

when 1 injector go bad the rest well go bad soon
if you well change one bad injector just change them all
