Default Fuel delivery issues please help!!!!!

ok so it started off with a bad throttle position sensor, replaced that, then it started to feel like it had no power so i replaced the fuel injectors and the spark plugs, now it doesnt idle properly and it likes to try to cut out while driving mainly between 35-55 mph... any thoughts???

i bought a 2000 with blown 4.0 // it sat a year // put my 4.0 from my wrecked heap in it // took almost a year to put engine in and swap from auto to man tranny // running // it idles funny and almost cuts out then revs up a lil // also will cut out a little bit when first driving and loose power and sometimes backfire // im thinking its the gummed up fuel in the pump or possible the injectors // i guess i need to drop the tank and clean that and pump? // what and how does seafoam work? //
