Default Front wheel hub assys

Looking to get new ones...Amazon sells Timken 513084 for 75 bucks but I cannot confirm that they are US made and they only have a 1 year warranty..My old timkens made in 05 were US made ...probably got 6 to 8 years out of them running 31's on spacers....Advance sells MOOG 513084 with a 3 year warranty for similar price that's what I replaced the timkens with...don't have that jeep anymore but I know who does and they're still working. Any preferences...If the timkens are us made then they're probably still a quality part...the Moog was either mexico or Italy...cant remember but it does have the longer warranty

I can't tell you for timken 513084 but I purchased timken HA597449 for my '99 XJ back in 2012 and it was made in Slovakia

It's a roll of the dice where your timkens are made. I'd go with the Moog's and be done with it.

I put the Moog hubs (at Advance) on about 1 year ago, and have had them on/off a few times since then during other jobs. I have been more than satisfied with the quality. They have held up well in our salty environment, and have been easy to pull off and re-install each time. Longevity is the real value, and I guess I just don't know for now, but they have had no issues so far.

I was lucky that at the time Moog was running a special at Advance where you got double speed perks for most Moog products. So I ended up getting a $40 perk for each hub.

IIRC, mid 99 to 01 used a cast rotor, so you should need Timken HA597449. Timken 513084 is for mid 99 and OLDER as they used composite rotors. Dont mix them up or your brakes wont work. With all the parts swapping some do, measure your wheel stud length to be sure. You never know.

Remove the the wheel and measure the stud length.
1 1/8" - composite rotors
1 1/2" - cast rotors
