I did and he did, but I dont understand really lol, im a lil slow.. here is what he said:
***Check your spring insulators (top of coil spring) Make sure they are not deteriorated. If they are you can get them thru 4WD Hardware, where I got mine.
http://www.4wd.com/productdetails.aspx?partID=7720
These NEED to be put in between the spacers and the spring for proper fitment.
***Sway bar end links have to be disconnected (NOW is a good time to replace if they are nasty looking...I can assure you, you will snap something.) Best to have extra parts than not enough.
Early XJ's used a short endlink, the newer ones 91 1/2- new used a longer one...get the longer ones.
***Track bar bolt at axle will have to be removed.
***Shocks will have to be disconnected/removed (I recommend removal)
+++Coil spring compressors are a BIG plus (the ones used for strut springs)
Just allowing the suspension to hang will not be enough if it has never had a full extension.
Use a jack under axle to aid in compressing. Jack/compressors/jack/compressors..etc, etc.

Jack the front up as high as you can and put jack stands under the uniframe behind the front wheels. Use a jack slightly raise and support the front axle. Remove the wheels, disconnect the swaybar links, and remove the lower shock bolts. Remove the jack under the axle, put the jack under the knuckle on one side or the other and jack it up. By raising one side of the axle you will push down the other, you should be able to unistall the spring install the spacer and then reinstall the spring. Repeat on the other side. You can also use a spring compressor, but I have 2 or 3 spacer installs and never used one.

Sorry, fell asleep at keyboard.
Wiped the drool off my face and had the energy to install my TC drop.
I just got back on.
When you get the spring out, slide the insulator out. No need to remove the bumpstop as yours is a 2000.
There is just enough space in the center hole to slide over everything.
Slide spacer up FIRST.
Then reinstall the insulator.
Then re-install the spring.

TIP on compressors: If you use spring compressors, the trackbar mounting bolt does not have to be removed. This is recommended if you are not replacing trackbar. Why? Its a royal PITA to get it back in.
Glad you like my product. Like I said before. What is out there on the market is thin 1/4" material. THESE are 3/8". I work with metal all day long. 1/4" thick steel is like paper to me. 3/4, 1, 1 1/4, now theres metal.
I have CNC program to machine up some nice stainless steel tc drop spacers.
Shaped alot like a dogbone. I will be making some for mine to replace the double 3/8 plates I used tonight. Nuts, pipes, and washers used as spacers, to me, looks real redneckish (Sorry to any rednecks here...I know we have a few )
Enjoy those spacers my friend.
