Default Steering wheel problems

Hey guys so i went rock climbing and noticed when i got home that my steering wheel was off..... I am driving straight but the jeep logo on the steering wheel is diagonal.... I don't think it's alignment because i let go of the wheel and it stays straight .... But i'm no mechanic.... Can u guys help me out and show me with pics where to check... Also the steering wheel has a lot of play and is real loose any help thanks....

you probably bent either the tie rod or the draglink adjuster. The most likely is that you hit the tie rod on a rock. The stock tie rod can be bent by a 50 lb child hanging on it.

tie rod the the bar that runs almost horizontal side to side on the front of the front differential. The drag link runs at an angle up from that to the pitman arm on the steering gear. The two are the pieces that are supposed to move when you turn the wheels. the other bars should stay still. both should appear straight. Most offroaders run an upgraded tie rod d/t the stocker being so flimsy. My upgraded one weighs about 20 lbs, stocker weighs about 5, small difference in the thickness of the metal.

check the track bar mounts. both axle mount and especially the frame bracket/mount.
the frame bracket may seem tight, but could have just slipped in the bolt holes.
