Front Leaf Bushing Box Dimensions?

Front Leaf Bushing Box Dimensions?
I'm having a terrible squeak from my front leaf bushing. My process so far has been:
1. Used supplied Poly bushings and grease. (no squeaking until ~4 months of use)
2. Assumed it was the bushing material (poly), tried spray silicon, no luck
3. Replaced with OEM rubber
4. No squeaks until ~1 month of use
I'm now wondering if the issue is that I may have bent the leaf bushing box during the tightening process and the walls are now in physical contact with the bushing.

Can someone please measure their leaf bushing box, inner wall to inner wall, and give me the dimensions?

How many ft/lbs did you torque them to?
Just finished installing new leaf springs and poly bushings over the weekend. I torqued the front bolts to 80 ft/lbs. Measurements are hard to get because of the undercoating but look to be 3 1/4" for the box and 3 1/8" for the bushings.
