front end pop?

front end pop?
iv got a poping noise in my frontend
it a 2000 cherokee sport 4door 4x4
pops in all gears exsept p well sometimes
i think iv might have bent trackbar but it feels strait and some time it doesnt even pop at all and when i went and see if it go in 4hi and 4lo it was normal but in 4lo the streering wheel would shake like i have deathwobble. i do but it did it while it was in mud and iv ran out of things it would cause it. the trackbar mounting place on the axle on the passnger side has been tightend and it just comes lose after i get it tight and in that spot also it make the poping noise from what i can here

Im trying to currently make some sense of this. You should slow down on the typing and check spelling and/or for full sentences. I think I speak for most when I say this, I would like to try to help, but I am not understanding most of it. Also dont take me as being rude, trying to help you find some help.
