I've got an '89 XJ LTD w/ a big brake kit on the front and I am considering swapping it over to a '94 YJ LTD.
Is it a direct swap? I know the bolt pattern is the same etc, but what about overall width, & anything else that might be a problem?
Also considering swapping my AX15 to the YJ.
I know VERY few YJs came manual, but did they run AX15s?

We are talking xj to zj right?The front axle xj and zj will bolt in each other.As far as the trans are you trying to make a zj a stick right?

 

Yes, XJ to ZJ, sorry for the slip up on the YJ. . .
It is a 4.0L I6 ZJ and I.m thinking 5spd.
