freeze plugs

So i'm noticing a darkish dampness look around two of the plugs. Need to take care of right away or am i ok for a short bit? Like i've said before, "always something"....

Hey now just because this thread starts with freeze, does it really need to be so cold??? Never done them plugs before, hell never even knew what a freeze plug was before this jeep...

Freeze Plugs aka Welsh Plugs, have nothing to do with freezing. They holes in engine block are there for casting purposes.
If they are weeping than they should be replaced sooner than later. There is a row of them below manifolds. And three on the rear of engine, but only the middle one holds coolant. Transmission needs to be removed to get to rear plug, so if it is not leaking than I would not bother.

Should i just go ahead and do a head gasket, water pump, thermostat and radiator replace too? Been thinking about it...
