Hi All!

Tried to search the forum with something that I ran into the past two weeks while working on one of our 96's. This one is a Sport 4dr, p/w, p/d. Was having issues with the p/d solenoids and decided to do all 4 doors along with outside handles and inner and outer window belt weatherstrips, power side view mirrors, door checks and clean and lubricate the door latch assemblies. On all 4 doors, on the inner door skin at the middle of the door there is a fracture right at the mounting of the window motor, about 2" long. Any one else run into this? I plan on drilling the end of the crack and MIG weld it up. Ideas?

I have not seen that. You might try something like JBWeld first.
