Default Found two rust holes on my frame, what should I do?

Today I went off-roading for the first time (hella fun btw), but before my friends took a look under my car, and found a rust hole in the frame. I’ve owned the jeep for a year and bought it out of state.

Heres an imgur album of the photos i took, after inspection I noticed what i think might be another rust hole on the passenger side. However it looks very uniform so could it possibly be how the frame was from the factory? https://imgur.com/a/N4uXRhQ

What I want to know is: is this repairable? if so how much money would I be looking around? Hopefully it is, I really love this jeep and don’t have the money for another one.

Please respond ASAP

Well get under it and start cleaning it to see if how much more rust the frame has . If it is just a few spots you can weld some plates on the bad spots , and then you can also use frame plates they sell .

that is frame rot, the uniformity is where stamped holes in the frame have rusted away.
Inspect the frame with a ball-pein hammer, if chunks break off its doomed
