Any help is appreciated. My 2001 XJ sport didnt come with factory foglights when i bought it. It does have a stock fog light switch inside and i added three lights on the bumper and am wanting to use the factory switch. I tore the dash apart and pulled the panel that holds the switch to check the back of it but theres a connector plugged into it. I thought maybe i could tap into the wires but dont know what is what. Any help? there are two spots in the fuse box that say fog light 1 and fog light 2. This is the fuse box inside the engine bay and there is no fuses in there. How can I use the factory switch?

 

the factory switch is designed to work your low beams. When your low beams are on the fog lights will work then they go off when you hit the high beams.
