Default fog harness

Can I take off my fog lights and use the harness to power aux. lights on my bumper and if anyone can find a thread explaining it would be great I tired looking but found nothing.

Al I would guess you would be ok as long as they do not draw more than the factory lights did. Don't want any blown circuits from overloading.

does anyone know what the wattage is on the facotry fogs?

could i get away with some el cheapo 55 watt driving lights?

went up to muarrays and found the kit i want just need to know if the stock harness will hold it they are 55watt square the ones that have the "baja" cases
anyone do this mod?

yep I have 2 55 watt Hella's wired to mine. No issues

did you just snip off the conecter and solder the lights wires right to it?

i found out that the factory fogs are 55watt (thank you naxja) and its a pretty common mod so thanks guys

I cut the factory connectors off and used Male connectors on the lights and female on the harness
