Fluids and capacities question

Hey guys doing some pre winter maintenance on my 01 and I'm trying to figure out what trans fluid you guys would reccommend to use, and what weight oil to use in the diffs. I'm guessing standard procedure on the diffs, just fill until it comes out the fill hole but how about the capacity on the trans fluid? Also is the fill hole a pain in the ***** to get to? Thanks for any tips guys, pretty new here still but liking this forum already.

the fill hole on the difs is simple to get too, as for the transmission, on autos you fill them thru the dip stick tube.

Thanks man sounds like it's gonna take a while to fill lol if anyone could still chime in on the trans fluid capacity that would be a big help.
