water is going back in my res. from the top hose,is this a problem?THANKS

What year? Renix Jeeps (87-90) have the closed cooling system - reservoir gets regular flow through it instead of just the overflow. I assume you're referring to the plastic bottle on the passenger side firewall?

yes the plactic tank on pass.side,and it is a 1990.
