Do you have a Check Engine Light on?
Does it have the same problem with a full tank of gas?
If you depress the gas pedal to the floor, does the behavior change?

What leads you to believe it is flooded? or by that, do you mean it just starts to stumble and run rough?

Adding a signature containing the basics (model, year, engine, etc.) is the way to go. This way we will know right away if we are dealing with a Renix, or non Renix XJ. Important stuff. And if its not an XJ at all (which happens), even more so.

To add a signature, click on UserCP on left side of the page. On the left side of the next page, look for Settings & Options. Click Edit Options. Scroll down to Display Thread options and click Show Signature so it is checked. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes. Go back to Settings & Options and click Edit Signature. Once you have added whatever you feel is relevant, scroll to the bottom and click Save Signature. I dont remember if a signature shows up right away or if you have to sign out and then back in, but this is what i did, and shows up with every post i make.
