I just did all my floors and I have a few helpful tips. First off, wear a respirator, because after grinding all the rust off, I was coughing up black phlegm...yummy. Also, be careful by the brakelines on the drivers side floors area. And if you have to do the cargo area like I did, be very careful near the gas tank, especially if you're welding it. Other than that, just watch out for the wires under the carpet and measure twice, cut once. I pretty much did a write-up on how to repair a rusty floor in my build thread if you need any ideas. Good luck and post up some pics.
