As long as the leaf spring shackle is intact it should be fine. Also the rear hatch is an easy replacement. Just have to make sure the bumper gets massaged down so you can open the hatch. Basically it looks all cosmetic

Are you leaking fuel?
Does it still drive without strange vibrations/rubbing?
Anything is fixable if you want to spend the money to do it - so the real question is whether it's worth doing. I think that if your goal is a purely off-roading vehicle and your answers to my previous questions are NO and YES respectfully, then I don't see any reason why you're not good to go. You may have some trouble if you want to replace the DS leaf spring, fuel pump, etc. but for a pure off-road vehicle you can cut and pull stuff out of the way if need be.

It's the mounting point that is the real question. If the mount is good, you can replace whatever - shackle, spring, but if it's damaged you may need to correct the frame/brackets/etc to get it in good shape.

In answer to your question, no. Basically you should look underneith and look at the frame where the shack is located. See if it's pinched or anything. If it is, your frame needs work. If it's not pinched or binding, your frame is ok, and it's good to drive. Question...
How Did You Manage To Do That And Not Break Your Taillight? Much more minor, chipped the lift gate and damaged bumper and attachment, but ruined my tail light!

Just looking at the photos, it doesn't look that bad. I would look underneath it. If everything looks okay, drive it. Even if not, it probably wasn't it too hard to pull it out and fix it.

To tag on the biggsly, it should be remarkable easy to pop those dents from the quarter panel. It's hollow. More pics bepic(mine is a '90 but should be similar)-
