first off. new member and i did some poking around on this forum and it rocks!

down to business.
going to pick up a 93 4dr cherokee. some mods i was going to do are:
14 FF, 60 w/kingpins, 5.7L, 700r4, and a stak mini. 38s-42s depending on what i can do with the body.

where you guys come in? i know the unibody has issues with twisting, creaking, and riding VERY strange and i DO plan on having remove/reinstall doors on it. ive seen frame bracing on the net able to be bought but somebody has had to do some type of homebrew bracing? i also want to do an exo cage for it but it seems to me that with every 4 dr i see with an exo cage they have to sacrafice opening the rear doors in order to create room to allow the two front doors to be opened.

a lot of guys that I have seen use 3/16" angle iron to plate their uni-frame rails....a lot of guys either do exo cages or hybrid cages that are external on the roof but have internal A, B, and C pillars.....depending on where you put the tube you can use the rear doors, in fact its fairly common

you could do a hybrid exo cage like this: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/e...-build-833099/

and retain the ability to open both the front and rear doors as well as the hatch...you can even wheel it doorless
