Fender Cutting?

Ok so im fixing to stuff some 35's under my jeep. I have a 4.5in Rough Country lift kit and i need to cut my fenders. The flares are already off but thats just not enough. Does anyone have any easy ways to cut them without a plasma cutter, but i want it to look good not crappy. thanks yall

I don't have a way to get pics up, but mine are cut in front on the fender bodyline, and backs cut level and plated in. I stuff 37's and rub very little.

yeah saws all and grinder then clean the edge up or ive seen people us like that plastic door striping stuff from auto zone u can get it in like chrome and black i think its not hard :) when i cut mine ill take plenty of pics and stuff and post it but i need tires first

thanks. i have a grinder so im thinkin of trying that out, i just dont want it to look like crap

i would advise against the sawzaw it will shake and grab the metal causing it to bend the cutoff wheels are the best just make sure to tape the area being cut then cut it out it will leave a nicer edge and the paint wont chip as easy if you take a look at my pics i trimmed mine to fit 31s but i could easily fit 32s maybe even 33s and i think it looks pretty good

JD-- slightly off topic -- what did you do to the ends of your front bumper? Fill it in with something? I'm trying to figure out a temporary solution until I can get a "real" front bumper...
