fan isnt working my main fan is but second isnt
 
So I got my engine warm and my secondary fan isn't turning on for some reason now someone told me it may be the fan clutch how do I replace this and check if this is even what's wrong?

On a '98, the efan comes on at 218F coolant temp or when the a/c compressor is engaged. The belt driven fan (one with the fan clutch) spins whenever the motor is running.

Your fan clutch is on a mechanical fan, not the eFan.

Try turning on your A/C or defrost and recheck.

If the efan isn't working, might be the motor, that's what's wrong with mine... waiting for my replacement to come in.
