Factory Skid Plate???

My 99 has got a skid plate like that (well, without the sticker crap, and not shiny).
This one looks a bit small, but it might be the picture from underneath + lift etc.

Ive had 2 xjs with these factory front skid plates.
Once you go above about 3 inches they dont do much good other than acting as a shovel to scoop **** into your engine compartment when you back up.
Also for a fun fact...some of the early model XJs had a factory winch bumper option.
