Factor roof rails rust repair
Not sure if this should go here or Fabrication but does anyone know how I can stop this from spreading and repair it? It's like this at the front a rear mounting points of the factory roof rails.

remove rail, sand, prime and paint.
if there's a hole, weld in a patch.
there's really nothing else you can do.
