Default extra wires

Hi guys, quick question. While readjusting the ignition switch i noticed a couple of plugs that are unused. im not sure if they are unused on perpouse or if i inadvertently unplugged something. I cant seem to find anything that these plugs would plug into. The first picture is a conector with an orange wire witha white strip, hot: black, not hot: grey, hot. the second picture has a plug that has a cap on it. looks like the cap should be there. and the third picture shows the same connector from the second picture along with a big plug with 2 red wires, one hot. The wires that i said were hot were hot with the jeep running. I know that there are unused plugs under the dash on some models, but mine is a 90 limited, so i would think that a limited would be using most of the accessories that came from the factory. there isnt a trim model higher that would have more bells and whistles. Thank you for your time!
It is a 90 limited with 4.0, auto.
Steve

I have those same wires that are unused in my 89 base model I also have a random wire like 8-4ga wire that runs from the inside by the fuse box to the vacuum canister but isnt wired to anything lol makes me wonder if my jeep had fog lights from the factory or something.

All XJ's have full harnesses, so they all have connectors for OEM accessories like foot lights, in-dash tweeters, dash clocks (Pre-91 only i think), power windows/locks, heated mirrors, fog lights, etc. So just tie them up and forget about them lol.

Also, I think there are a few trims above the Limited. Here's a list of them (Not in order)
Base - 1984-1993/SE - 1994-2000 (Included: vinyl seats, full-faced steel wheels, A/M radio with two speakers, and heater)
Wagoneer - 1984-1990 (Included: cloth plaid-pattern seats, alloy wheels, A/M-F/M radio with cassette player and four speakers, and air conditioner)
Briarwood - 1991-1993 (replaced Wagoneer) (Included: cloth seats, wire lace wheels, A/M-F/M radio with cassette player and four speakers, and air conditioner)
Pioneer - 1984-1990 (Included: cloth plaid-pattern seats, steel wheels, A/M radio with two speakers, and heater)
Pioneer Olympic Edition - 1988 (Included: cloth seats, A/M-F/M radio with two speakers, and air conditioner)
Chief - 1984-1990 (Included: cloth plaid-pattern seats, A/M-F/M radio with two speakers, and heater)
Sport - 1988-2001 (Included: vinyl seats, A/M-F/M radio with four speakers, full-faced steel wheels, and air conditioner)
Country - 1993-1997 (Included: two-tone paint color, velour-and-vinyl seats, wire lace wheels, A/M-F/M radio with cassette player and four speakers)
Classic - 1996, 1998–2001 (Included: monotone paint color, cloth seats, alloy wheels, A/M-F/M radio with cassette player and four speakers)
Limited - 1987-1992, 1998–2001 (Included: monotone paint color, leather-and-vinyl seats, wire lace wheels, A/M-F/M radio with cassette player and six AccuSound speakers, and air conditioner)
Laredo - 1985-1992 (Included: chrome accenting, cloth plaid-pattern seats, alloy wheels, A/M-F/M radio with four speakers, and air conditioner)
60th Anniversary - 2001 (Included: special badges, monotone paint color, cloth seats, chrome-clad wheels, A/M-F/M radio with cassette and CD players and six Infinity Gold speakers, and air conditioner)
