Exactly what it says lol, you've got the 4.0 that we all love, the workhorse aw4 automatic transmission, less than desirable ABS, with a d35c, and a low pinion d30 if you've got a 00-01.

And you have a police model, which, ABS aside, is pretty cool!-

No idea.
In sarcasm I'd say it's the radio, used to actively cover up noises from your jeep hahahaha

Not really sure what the ANC is, but is sounds something like this. Probably so the police can hear and communicate with less noise pollution.

But it's nice that your Jeep came with an auxiliary tranny cooler and an engine oil cooler. Along with a locking differential and "Heavy Duty Suspension".

Lol "heavy duty electrical" and "90A alt" yeah right!

Looks like a standard Police XJ. Grats! Keep the tire size down so you don't break the D35 and you've got yourself a nice little rig. LSD clutches may need replacing.

As far as I'm aware there isn't an engine oil cooler in any XJ. NMCP refers to the fan clutch.

Correct. It's an HD fan clutch.
