Default Exhaust manifold question *With Video*

Hey, I have a quick question about what to do about a loose exhaust manifold. Here is a video to make my problem very clear:

I took off the intake manifold to check for cracks on the exhaust manifold since I have having some loss in power when excellerating and decreased mpg. I didn't find any so I disconnected the exhaust manifold from the engine to replace the gasket at least. I found that the the rear section of the exhaust manifold could be moved front to back and side to side with the mini-cat converters staying put. I have never dealt with exhaust so I need to know if the flange on the cat side is supposed to be able to move around like a compression fitting of some sort and just needs to be tightened, or is the flange on the cat side broken off the pipe going to the mini-cat? Thanks for your help!

Cracked cat converter flange? I just have never heard of anyone with this problem. Anyone else wanna vote haha. I have no experience with headers/downpipes so I could use all the experience/advice possible.

I ended up just going in there and tightening the bolts. That tightened up the connection and it no longer moves. I was just afraid to do this because I thought I would end up breaking all the bolts and have to replace them, or cut them out, but luckily it worked out fine. It is a compression type fitting like I thought it might be. Phwew glad I don't have to drop $250 on a new cat.
