It's me again. I am trying to change the pipe going from my headers to my cat and can't get the bolts off. They are rusted real bad. I tried cuting into one and am going to replace the bolts once I get them off. Is there an easier way to get them off or am I just going to have to take it somewhere. Please help.

You might try a couple of days of PB Blaster applied twice to four times a day. If that don't get them loose enough then it's plasma wrench time.
