evapcode and misfiring?

evapcode and misfiring?
for some unknown reason i am getting an evaporative code and a misfire on cylinder 3 but it will only misfire when i shut the jeep off and it has been running for awhile and it reaches operating temperature. When I start the jeep back up the temp will be around 215.
