engine running rough after overheating

engine running rough after overheating
I recently overheated my xj and now its runnig a lil rough. I changed my plugs they looked fried and its a lil better but still rough. Almost sounds like when you have a little bit of moisture in the distributor cap. Just wonderig what might be wrong
