Default Engine rering kit

So my engine started making terrible noises D:

So I yanked it out and tore it apart and never found a bad bearing
found out that my torque converter bolts were loose and they oval-ed the holes in my flywheel.

Anyone know a good re ring kit that comes with all the gaskets and bearings?
Also, can I buy new lifters and not a new cam? (my jeep has sounded like a diesel for the last little bit)

I'm not sure of any kits personally but I want to chime in on the diesel sound, from what I have heard the diesel sound can be from a failing water pump
Good luck with you other questions

It has been my understanding for yrs that new lifters can not be used on an old cam .. Im told it will flatten the cam lobes in time.
