Default Engine Knock

Hey all, just did rear main seal, oil pump, and pan gasket on my 2000 Cherokee. Primed oil pump, timed and upon startup I hear a slight knock coming from the bottom end. Wondering if it could have something to do with the pump drive, or the rear main bearing...?

Welcome Spencer. Do please fill out your info so people won't need to go back to post #1 to see what you have.

Automatic probably? Checking the bolts, converter / torque plate is a good thing to do if you haven't already. Known to loosen and cause a knock.

Wouldn't expect one (RM) bearing causing a knock. Oil pump drive...Id look elsewhere first.
