Engine 5.2 on XJ

I have a cherokee 1998 coupe and i from Kazakhstan). An i want v8. Variants: grand cherokee's 5.2 vs 1UZ FE toyota engine. Whats variant is easily to me?

It sounds like the Grand Cherokee 5.2 is the easier swap, but it's still going to be a lot of work.
