Check the vacuum actuator on the back of the passenger side of the front axle. Might be an issue there...

There's a vacuum diaphragm on the right section of the front axle. The lines fall off. Also once the fork broke.

If your transfercase is actually shifting into 4WD like you say.....and your front driveshaft is there and hooked up at both ends like you say.....and you don't have the vacuum actuator like you say....but, your front wheels have no drive like you say. The only thing it could be is broken front axle shafts on both sides or front axle shafts aren't there. How do you know your TC is shifting into 4WD? Does the front DS spin when you are shifted in 4WD?

No the t/c is shift as I can feel it shift and it goes into 4wl. but nothing in the front Drive shaft does no turn when I try to turn it by hand. Does the T/C shift the front and back seperatly. had a 73 that a cotter pin fell out and I had no 4wd. cost me a tow truck to get off a sand bar for a 2 cent cotter pin!!!

just b/c it shifts does not mean you have output from the t-case. verify the front driveshaft off of the t-case to the front diff is turning and then go from there
