EMISS MAINT.??
 
Today i drove jeep and light came on dash and it said EMISS MAINT. what does that mean?

That particular warning is pretty much only a timer. There's a clear plastic box under your dash that counts milage, and after a certain amount goes by, it pops up a little flag and the light comes on.

It's basically a reminder for the driver to go to the dealership and have them check things. Afterwards, the dealer pops in a new little clear box, and the countdown starts again.

That's IIRC. AFAIK it's not like a 'check engine' light, it's just a 'you should go to the dealership and check things, because it's been a while' light. *L*

Lots of folks ignore it, or pull the bulb out to make it go away.

Ok so do i need replace clear box what it called? Or is it ok to ignore it?

Yes, removing the timer will not cause any harm or damage to.your motor. Its just like an alarm clock, turn the alarm off and the clock still works.
